Our Board
The leadership of the Guild rests with a Board of Directors. The Board is composed of three constituent groups, the Executive Committee, the Coordinators, and the Members at Large.
The Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the property and business of the Guild. The Executive Committee conducts the business of the Guild when the full Board of Directors cannot be convened. The Executive Committee can also meet at the call of the President or any two members of the Executive Committee.
