Education Programs Coordinator
The Education Programs Coordinator is appointed by the Guild President to serve as liaison between the Heard Museum (HM) Guild Board of Directors and the following Education Programs committee chairs. The Education Programs Coordinator also serves as liaison to the Heard Museum Education Department.

- Heard Guild Monthly Meetings Speaker enhances outreach to Guild members and supporting educational initiatives by coordinating compelling speaker events and fostering community engagement.

- Heard Guild Presents: Marquee Artists Series plans and organizes a series of presentations by Native American artists for Heard Museum and Heard Museum Guild members, as well as members of the public.

- Heard Guild Travel plans, organizes, and conducts trips to places of interest to Guild members, primarily to areas in the Southwest. A Guild trip is a journey to an event, an interesting site, or a scenic location with at least one overnight stay. Guild trips are open to all Museum members, with Guild members receiving priority.

- Heard Guild Explores plans and coordinates interesting and educational local day trips for Guild members and their guests.
Heard Guild Explores Chair - Heard Guild Short Courses selects and manages speakers for the Guild Short Courses. The Short Courses are educational and focus on Indigenous groups of the Southwest as well as additional topics that are timely or opportune vis á vis the Heard Museum.Heard Guild Short Courses Chair
- Heard Guild Special Training Classes is responsible for helping provide Special Training courses mandated or recommended as essential for Guild volunteers, by the Heard Museum or Heard Museum Guild Board.
