The Guild Strategic Planning Committee, headed by the Strategic Planning Chair, develops Guild action plans for the strategic plan initiatives.
The Strategic Planning Chair:
- Coordinates assignments with the Guild Board and/or President on the strategic plan initiatives and its action plans
- May be assigned to lead any of the initiatives by the Guild Board and/or President
- Meets with the appropriate Museum staff and Guild members on status, issues and progress of the strategic plan
- Oversees the Guild’s strategic planning committee
- Reports monthly on the status of strategic plan initiatives
- May also coordinate tasks for Guild projects that are separate from the Heard Strategic Plan.
