Guild Social Programs Coordinator
The Guild Social Programs Coordinator is appointed by the Guild President and is a voting member of the Guild’s Board. The Coordinator oversees the following committees and provides liaison between the Board and the committees.
- Hospitality provides food and beverages for Guild events.

- Guild Holiday Brunch plans and creates a midday potluck meal to celebrate the holiday traditions of Guild members and acknowledge lifetime service by distinguished Guild members.

- Staff Appreciation Lunch is the Guild’s formal tribute of appreciation for Heard Museum Staff, all of whom support our programs in many ways, and vice versa.

- Katsina Doll Marketplace Hospitality provides a continental breakfast and light lunch for the artist participants and their families at the Katsina Doll Marketplace.

- Holiday Art Sale plans and organizes the sale of art objects during the Guild Holiday Brunch.

- Guild Photographer provides photographs and media at prescribed needed times.
