Museum Services

The Museum Services Coordinator is appointed by the Guild President and serves on the Guild Board. The Coordinator oversees the following activities:

  • The Museum Shop Board recruits, trains, and schedules volunteers to work with the paid staff in the Museum Shop and the Bookstore.
  • Museum Shop Board Chair

  • The Library & Archives Liaison works under the direction of the Heard Museum’s Library & Archives Director to assist in the tasks necessary for a functioning research library.
  • Library & Archives Liaison

  • The Information Desk Chair recruits, trains, and schedules volunteers who actively greet and assist the Heard Museum’s visitors at the Information Desk.
